《英雄萨姆hd》中，玩家将再次扮演sam，在天狼星和最终bossmental苦战。有一位天狼星的向导想帮助我们的sam去消灭mental。他们把sam送去收集分散的充满神奇力量的徽章，这些神秘的东西可以带给sam无穷的力量去打败mental，这次，sam的冒险就此展开。
